I'm already a Shopacheck Customer - can I have another loan with you?

If you're an existing customer with us, you're first port of call should always be your personal Agent. Your Agent will be able to discuss your account and any new loans.

What happens if I miss a payment?

The first thing to do is to contact your Agent who can work through and agree a solution with you. If you continue to miss payments your local branch manager will get in contact to discuss your payment history.

What happens if I want to settle my account early?

You should contact your Agent to discuss your requirements. When you settle your account you may be entitled to a rebate.
